Who manages this list
Whenlet.com manages this early-access list. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
What we collect
Your email address and the sector and business name you optionally provide. We also record when you consented, the notice version, and whether your email has been verified. Do not include customer records or sensitive information.
Why we use it
With your consent, we use this information to manage early access and email you about Whenlet’s launch. Sector and business name help us understand the businesses interested in the product. You do not have to provide them. We do not sell the list or use it for third-party advertising.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist entries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare also hosts the website and provides Turnstile spam protection. Resend processes the recipient address and verification email. These providers may process data internationally; this notice does not promise storage only in your country.
Security
The rate limiter stores a short-lived, keyed hash derived from your network address, not the raw address in the waitlist database. Cloudflare separately processes network and browser information for security. This site does not add analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries expire 12 months after signup, or earlier if you ask us to remove them. Expired entries are excluded from use and removed during submissions and scheduled maintenance. Security rate-limit records expire at the end of their short counting window. Email-provider and infrastructure records follow the providers’ retention rules.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, or raise a concern, by emailing [email protected] from the address you used. Where applicable, you may also request portability, object to processing, or complain to your local data-protection authority. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made from this list.
Remove your entry
If you received a verification email, its removal link lets you delete the waitlist entry. Otherwise, email [email protected]. We may need to check that the address belongs to you. Removal from this list does not erase security records held independently by infrastructure providers.
